progress?

Here's what I should be doing right now - installing slate in the boys' bathroom. But first, I had to clean it all off - filthy! And now I'm getting the cement board seams ready before I can start dry-fitting the 12x12 tiles. Whew! Makes me tired just thinking about it. Playing around on the computer is so much more fun. Just thought I'd give you a peek at my progress. We'll see how long it takes to get the room done. Feel free to hold me accountable.

Wow! That is going to look awesome. Is that the new vanity? I like it!

You guys are really impressing me. Haven't you ever heard of something called "lynn-oh-lee-um"? Or is that only used by el-cheep-ee-um and el-ee-zee-um people like me?!? ;)

Vinyl probably would've been a better idea with my boys' lack of precision. I'm seriously thinking about painting part of 2 Cor. 13:11 on the wall.

Figure I'm only going to get one shot at this new construction bit, so I might as well take advantage of it and do what I like (and still stay on a budget!) So far so good.

:) I've got a few different ideas for Bible verses on the wall ... but need to sit down & make a "for sure" decision. Actually, one wall is the kids bathroom.

It must be so exciting to be getting to the finishing touches - the things you can actually SEE! It's going to look awesome; can't wait to see more pictures!!
